1.  A Tribute to  Dr. William "Bill" Baldwin, DDS, DMin, PhD  by  Bishop Marty PattonBill Baldwin, what a man he was! Everyone who ever met Bill was impressed by him, his calmness, his patience, his quick mind, his humor, his generosity, his ability to concentrate for long periods of time and the women loved his basic handsomeness! I heard Bill speak for the first time in 1987 at an ABH conference, this was the same year I met Anne Spencer of IMDHA. His talk that day was on spirits and entities that stay around after they die. Now as a Catholic I understood what he meant and as a youngster I was taught the basics of releasing souls. In fact twice a year we’d go through the church exorcizing any lost souls from the place. Bill was teaching something I knew about but didn’t totally understand how to use. He got me interested in Spirit Releasement and Past Lives. Sent me books to read, that I still have. I then took his whole class in Detroit about six months later in that class was Dr. Shakuntala Modi author of Remarkable Healings. After that I assisted Bill in a number of trainings, learning a great deal. He also was the first one to teach me Past Life Therapy. He did three back-to-back classes at Dr. Irene Hickman’s in Kirksville, MO. And I assisted in the first two. Meeting Irene also made a big change in my learning curve.

Bill started off as a dentist hurt his back and needed something to do. Hypnotherapy appealed to him and he started to practice. He also trained in Past Lives which he found interesting because people got well. While training and meeting with people such as Morris Netherton and Edith Fiore, he developed his own style and concepts. Bill married Judith and moved from California to Florida. Bill took the time to write the premier book on "Spirit Releasement: a Technique Manual" and continued with "Healing Lost Souls." These publications he leaves behind to assist all of those who have trained with him, to answer the questions he used to answer when here with us. His library of tapes and training texts will continue to help train those who follow. Judith will continue his work in Enterprise, FL.

Bill at six foot-five was a strong man. Strong in conscience! Focused in his field of expertise! A pioneer in releasement and depossession of spirits and entities! Always kind and generous! Always practicing agapé love with those he worked with and those he trained. He was my friend and mentor. Since April 24, 2004 at 10PM, he has been on my mind. Rest in peace Bill and return soon to help this world.

He will be remembered by some for his deep voice, handsome face, and six-foot- five stature, but for those who knew him best, Bill will be remembered for his generosity, love, and kindness. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Bill lived in Southern California until moving to Enterprise, FL in November of 1991. Following a career in dentistry, Bill became a pastoral counselor and later earned a doctorate in psychology. Bill authored several books including "Spirit Releasement Therapy: A Technique Manual" and "Healing Lost Souls", as well as textbooks and tapes for professional counselors.
